Robert Englund | Actor
Robert Englund is an American actor, singer and film director.
He became famous in the 80s by playing the character of Freddy Krueger, a serial killer who was responsible for the nightmares of quite a few victims in the “Nightmare on Elm Street” horror film series. You will also remember him as "Willie" in the science fiction TV series "V", although in this case he was one of good ones.
Englund received two Saturn Award nominations for 'Best Supporting Actor' for Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors in 1987, and Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master the following year.
After playing Freddy Krueger in 8 films, Englund knew his character would be immortal. Currently he doesn’t see himself playing the same role again, however he is still a huge horror fan.
Barcelona is one of his favorite cities ever, so he will greatly enjoy his visit to Catalonia with his good friend Ivana Miño.
